Nearly 40 minutes after my scheduled pickup as we are driving down my street Garrett shows up. Garrett didn't show and wouldn't answer my text messages or calls so I had to wake up my wife and daughter so I could get a ride to the airport. At 5:30am I called the driver (Garrett) who said he would be there shortly. I never received a call or text that the driver would be late. On January 10th I was scheduled for a 5:20am pickup (which I booked months in advance). I wasn't happy with their service but decided to give them another try. Thankfully I gave myself plenty of time at the airport prior to my flight. During times of peak demand, the Economy Parking lot that previously served Terminal B passengers will be used for overflow parking, with Blue Bus service to and from the new terminal.I booked an early morning shuttle with Champion months ago. Departing passengers will use elevators, escalators, or stairs in the new terminal to access airline kiosks, check in counters, and the security screening check point. The Blue Bus will load and unload from a central location on the commercial curb (arrivals level, follow signs). Travelers can enter the lot from either the Economy Parking entrance closest to Mexico City Avenue or the entrance closest to Cookingham Drive.īlue Bus service will transfer customers from Economy Parking to and from the new terminal. ![]() Blue Buses arrive at shelters approximately every twenty minutes, twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. The shuttle stops in the new lot will be identified as E1 though E17. The lots currently identified as A and C will be combined, as they are adjacent to each other. The Economy Parking experience will change slightly.
